ELMAX ŽILINA a.s. Is a significant producer of electric equipment up to 1000V/2500 A. The company has been ot the market since its establishment in 1993. Long life experience of its employees and a rich tradition in the field has become the fundamental basis for the company. Company performs a full range of activities including organisation, production, installation and marketing.

The quality of performed work in all departments and the guarantee of its continual rising are secured by the certificated managerial system of quality according to ISO9001.

The manufacturing and delivery scheme of ELMAX ŽILINA a.s. Is divided into four main areas:

Electrical production

• production of the distribution panels of low electric voltage for the widest range of its usage
• modal and non-modal distribution panel which are manufacturing of these only reputable branded components are used

Industrial automation

• Comprehensive soluitions for automation, electrical control of manipulation machinery and technological processes based on Siemens S7, Allen Bradley SLC-500, TECO NS-950 and so on covering all aspects (design including control program, delivery, installation, start-up and tuning of program, service).
  The mechanics of single industrial lines are solved through the special – purpose accessories of by industrial robot.

Metal production

• Modern technology equipment for manufacturing sheet metal including surface treatment using powder technology enables the company to introduce products of the highest quality sucha s wardrobe lockers, cable troughs, doorframes, shelves and wide range of other products. Another part of our proposal is that there is a possibility of cooperation to utilize all the technical operations which are subsumed in company s technological chain.

This involves mainly:

• Cutting on the TRUMATIC TC2000R press break
• Bending on the TRUMABEND v850S and TRUBEND 5085 shaping presses
• Laser cutting on the TRULASER 3030 2-D laser cutting machines
• Welding – stainless, corrosion-resistant and zinc-coated sheets
• Powder coating surface treatments using the IDEAL LINE line
• Application of polyurethane foam gaskets and seals

Commercial activities

• ELMAX ŽILINA a.s., besides being a distributor in Slovak trade business is also a longstanding supplier of high quality devices and components for automation equipment segments made by Rockwell Automation company.
